- Your chosen package and installation date
- Payment is handled by GoCardless — we do not store your bank details
2. How we use it
We use your details to:
- Process your order and book your installation
- Send you confirmation and reminders by email
- Contact you if we need to (e.g. about your installation)
We do not sell your data to anyone.
3. How long we keep it
We keep your order and contact details for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable time after (for example for warranty or legal reasons). If you want your data deleted, contact us and we will do our best to help.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to make the website work and to remember your choices (for example that you have accepted cookies). We do not use cookies to track you across other websites. You can accept or decline cookies using the banner when you first visit. For more detail, see the cookie banner on the site.
